The COVID-19 pandemic is still around, and there are many uncertainties about the future. Many of us are questioning how the future of scheduled meetings and how safe travels will be. The ICHNIA 2020 Organizing Team is alert to this situation and understands that it is time to think about our meeting.
Although southern Brazil has been doing its homework to flatten the outbreak curve, it is impossible to know how this situation will progress right now. Except for Aerolineas Argentinas, most of the biggest foreign air companies announced that they would start to fly to Brazil again in May. However, we do not know how safe people will feel to come to Florianópolis in October. Despite the pandemic, Brazil nowadays is experiencing a political crisis, which makes things more incertain yet.
